在群組裡的問候是不會受影響的，LINE 從2020年 1 月 14 日至 2 月 29 日陸續升級現有的「LINE@ 生活圈」帳號，並將於 3 月 1 日全面使用新版官方帳號，升級後的帳戶可運用圖文訊息、進階影片訊息，或透過圖文選單內容讓用戶鎖定重要訊息。LINE 希望藉此有效分眾、傳遞用戶有興趣的資訊，增加訂單轉換率。但這只限於官方帳號，不是一般的聊天群組。
