明（21）日是921大地震23週年，且是國家防災日，上午9點21分起，將會進行地震及海嘯警報演練，提醒民眾收到國家級警報別驚慌，並自行演練避難相關措施，包含趴下、掩護、穩住。氣象局長鄭明典也在臉書發文提醒，明天準備好手機，在開機狀態看看警報會不會響，沒準備可能會「嚇一跳」，但防災.....
明天上午9點21分，將進行「地震速報測試」，屆時，全國各地都會收到地震速報。9點25分也會向沿海地區民眾發送「海嘯警報測試」，請接獲警報的國人朋友無須驚慌。
