(1)一般來說，在美國沒有醫療保險的病人收到的帳單是最貴的 Full Price /Billed Price。保險公司付給醫療機構的叫 Adjusted Rate /Negotiated Rate /Allowed Amount /Approved Price (相當於台灣的健保價). 《在美國健保折扣價通常只有 沒有打折扣的Full Price 的1/3到1/4》
