假的，是指新加坡。陳菊強調，防治登革熱是全民運動，應全民一起來努力，登革熱疫情是熱帶城市宿命，就如新加坡這樣現代化國家，每年登革熱病例也超過一萬例到一萬五千例。她說，不是地方政府不努力，而是因為氣候因素造成，盼中央政府給地方更多支持。
