各品牌若想要在台灣販售手機，送 NCC 審驗時必須簽下切結書，同意不能在螢幕、設備本體、說明書任何一處，甚至是公司官網標註中國台灣、中國台北等矮化台灣主權的字詞，在後續的版本更新中，也禁止類似的矮化行為。一但被發現，將會無條件撤銷其驗證證明，等同於無法在台販售。
