淘寶也緊急在臉書專頁貼出公告，強調已在商家需要遵守的台灣市場禁止或限制輸入物品清單中，明確說明豬肉製品不能銷往台灣，同時透過系統攔截與人工排查，對於豬肉製品進行地緣阻斷和搜尋阻斷，也就是只要登入台灣站的消費者都會屏蔽絕大部分的豬肉製品。另外，只要消費者的地址是在台灣，也同樣無法購買豬肉製品。
