注意！交通記點半年內滿6點「扣照」 紅燈右轉兩次即達標
交通違規不只有罰單問題，有一些違規事項也會被記點，根據規定只要半年內被記滿六點，就會被吊扣駕照一個月，其中最常發生的就是紅燈右轉，而且這項違規比一般違規罰得重，一次就記三點，兩次就達標，雖然說記點是期盼增加道路安全，但比例問題引起關注，有立委提議將討論之後，再視情況研擬修法。

正確，同一駕駛人半年內違規記點共達六點以上者，吊扣駕照一個月，一年內經吊扣駕照二次，再違反記點條款時，吊銷駕駛執照。
