並不是圈禁起來，陳時中表示，針對回溯1月6日至19日醫院感染事件相關範圍之出院病患及其同住者、陪病者及其同住者、案889就醫時之相關接觸者，即日起全數列入居家隔離至出院後14天，若已完成14天居家隔離者，將安排採檢，並持續進行7天自主健康管理；另，未完成14天居家隔離者，將持續完成居家隔離後，再安排採檢。
