經查閱"違反道路交通管理事件統一裁罰基準表"規定，聞消防車、救護車、警備車、工程救險車、毒性化學物質災害事故應變車之警號，不立即避讓者，處汽車駕駛人新臺幣三千六百元罰鍰，並吊銷駕駛執照。
前項情形致人死傷者，處汽車駕駛人新臺幣六千元以上九萬元以下罰鍰，並吊銷駕駛執照。
