千萬不要過的說法並不正確，依據交通安全規則第103條規定：「汽車行近行人穿越道前，應減速慢行，遇有行人穿越時，無論有無交通警察指揮或號誌指示，均應暫停，行人先行通過。路權的概念應是相對的，不論是行人或是汽 機車駕駛者在道路上行駛，都有注意路況與禮讓其他用路人的責任與義務。建議仍是禮讓行人為優先。
