農委會公告文件，上頭寫著公告事項為：
「乙型受體素是禁止國內製造、調劑、輸入、輸出、販賣或陳列，牛及豬於國外使用萊克多巴胺，不在規範之列。」
陳時中說，農委會9月就已經將文字公告近2個月，也開過好幾次會，甚至已經送到立法院審議，委員卻說第一次知道全球萊豬依法都能進口，實在有點無言。
