立法院日前三讀通過《道路交通管理處罰條例》明定自 11 月 1 日起微型電動二輪車（電動自行車）需掛牌才能上路，且年滿 14 歲才能騎乘，時速不得超過 25 公里，違規可罰 1,200 到 3,600 元。

道路交通管理處罰條例及強保法修正條文規定，111年11月30日起，微電車應投保強制汽車責任保險並登記、領用、懸掛牌照，並黏貼審驗合格標章之微電車後，才可行駛道路，以免處新臺幣1,200元以上3,600元以下罰鍰，並禁止其行駛。
