台中市長盧秀燕今天(21日)宣布，台中市敬老愛心卡7月1日開始可搭台鐵，搭一趟扣30點，可跨出台中市到苗栗縣、彰化縣，並提醒長輩注意，起迄點都要在台中市，才能從敬老卡中扣點數。
