1. Scytl公司11月13日已發布聲明，澄清美軍並無扣押任何物品，且Scytl在德國根本沒有辦事處。

2. Scytly在此次美國大選中，並無提供電子投票系統、技術，也並未參與統計或計票，只有提供「線上選務人員培訓」、「線上選民培訓」、「選舉之夜報告平台」及「電子選票交付（eBD）（通過系統請求選票或退回選票）」4項產品。
