蘇貞昌解釋，自1月8日至1月23日，從湖北入境的國人，扣除重複與監測期結果，共計有1474筆；同時，健保署從1月27日往前推14天內，由武漢入境的國人為1640人，將在健保卡註記，提醒醫療單位。湖北及武漢團已在27日日全數離台，目標是在1月31日前，讓中國其他省份的旅行團全數離境。
