（1）爆炸發生後，美國 歐盟 北約和俄羅斯皆表示爆炸是人為破壞造成的。爆炸時兩條瓦斯輸送管都沒有在使用(一號舊管在幾週前被俄國關閉，二號新管則從俄烏開戰後就被德國關閉，從未正式使用。但是爆炸時兩條管仍然存有殘留瓦斯。）
