全聯對於振興券的優惠是於全聯門市使用紙本振興券消費滿1,000元(含)以上並過PXPay會員條碼，贈1,000福利點(隔週三贈送，限單日單卡累計，可累贈)。活動日期：2020/07/15~2020/08/13
目前的政策是振興券，並沒有所謂的消費券優惠。
