假的。影片中傳達的是使用美國 Tide 汰漬產生的「螢光反應」，先不論罐裝的是什麼樣的成分，但汰漬洗衣精的確含有少量的螢光增白劑，但目前螢光增白劑沒有明確證據研究含有致癌性，並非漂白劑或其他類似毒性化學物質，而且根據標準檢驗局公佈洗衣用合成清潔劑檢測，相關成分檢測結果是符合衛生法規的。Tide 汰漬官方也有做出回應：影片中產品並非台灣販售之美國汰漬，中國販售之汰漬與美國進口之汰漬亦為不同成分配方。
