中午吃飯的時候，我同事張庭愷收到一封email

說他的車被過戶了⋯⋯

我請我的汽車保險員林世軒以車牌查證後，庭愷的汽車狀態是《停駛轉繳銷》，也就是一般中古車行，會辦停駛繳銷來省牌照稅。等車賣出去了再重新領牌。

下午一點上班後，庭愷致電監理所求證後，監理所竟然說他們同仁key錯資料, 所以車牌狀態回復正常⋯⋯

可是問題是行照、身分證都在庭愷身上⋯

不過這一切都太扯了，所以庭愷已經報案！庭愷現在在去警局的備案的路上！

辦理停駛時需車主身分證件、印章、行車執照和號牌二面；辦理繳銷需行車執照、號牌2面、車主國民身分證正本(或軍人身分證或僑民居留證)及印章(個人名義)和原新領牌照登記書車主聯，至公路局各監理站辦理，以上兩種狀態皆須行照和身分證方可辦理。
