中華電信公告帳單從107年6月起推出「行動電話簡訊帳單」服務，不會再寄發紙本帳單，用戶可以用簡訊上連結進行不同方式繳費。
如果不同意換成簡訊帳單，想繼續用紙本帳單，在收到雙向簡訊後回傳「2」通知中華電信，就會恢復成紙本帳單。
