假的。巴特圖勒嘎訪華僅半天時間，隨即返抵蒙古，再直接前往第二醫院（部長醫院）隔離14天。按照目前蒙中兩國簽訂的肉類進出口衛生檢驗檢疫雙邊協定，牛羊必須在蒙古國境內屠宰，並加工成熟度達到60％至70％的程度，經高壓和物理滅菌消毒、真空包裝，最後由中國海關抽檢化驗合格後，方可入境。
