根據這篇關於「射精次數與罹癌機率」的研究，追蹤31,925名男性長達18年，發現每月射精21次的男性跟每月只射精4-7次的男性比較，射精較頻繁的男性罹癌的風險較低。但是原因為何並不清楚，不能直接判斷射精比較頻繁就會比較健康喔。
