黃日進率副理事長劉協同及工會幹部舉行記者會舉行記者會，坦承工會有動員行動，但韓粉拿到資料不看清楚，也不來問一下，事實上只動員幹部，組織章程有要求，工會本身也有制度，按規定未出席應該要請假，否則工會容易被批評是一盤散沙，其實沒來的也只要口頭請假即可，並未要求一定要寫假單，會員也都是自由參加。
