假的。環氧乙烷揮發快，廠商在使用環氧乙烷滅菌過程中，也會有揮發解析期，且環氧乙烷的殘留值也會有一定標準。因此，民眾若接觸使用環氧乙烷滅菌的醫療器材，理論上並沒有健康風險。反而是廠商滅菌過程中，工作人員會有較高的接觸風險，因此，一般民眾無須過度擔心。
