經發局長何怡明說，「500換800」活動採抽獎制，於7月31日23時59分前至「新北振興168」活動網站登錄即可參加抽獎，8月4日公布得獎名單，原1萬5000名領取時間為8月8日至8月14日，另開放第二波予加碼的3萬5000名於8月29日至9月4日領取，平日為下午3點至晚間8點，假日為上午10點至下午6點。
