本文對美國國務院到台灣旅遊的建議是真，其他部分為個人不實揣測。

(2)美國國務院對台灣旅遊的建議是 Level 3 Reconsider Travel , 原因是 due to COVID-19 travel restriction (台灣嫌美國,沒有特殊理由，美國人不能入境），不是美國嫌台灣。refer [2].
