必須收到衛生所居家隔離通知書(必備條件)
3天居家隔離+4天自主管理期滿後
透過上述衛福部網站線上申請並上傳相關表件即可完成申請。

可申請部分:
隔離者-
居家隔離期間補助(通常為3日),每日1000元,共可申請3天共計3,000元。
照顧隔離者-
受隔離者為未滿12歲之兒童,照顧者平時有工作，因照顧隔離者(2親等直系親屬)而請假(請假期間不支薪),每日1,000元。
若為已退休無工作的阿公阿嬤照顧受隔離孫子無法申請隔離者照津貼。
