假的。指揮中心重申，疫情或防治措施等資訊應由指揮中心統一對外公布，民眾接獲來源不明的疫情訊息時，應先進行查證，勿隨意散播、轉傳，以免觸犯「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防治及紓困振興特別條例」第14條，或「社會秩序維護法」第63條第1項第5款規定。
