民法修改不會影響人和人之間怎麼稱呼。

事實上，在出現同志婚姻立法的爭議之前，不區分男女的稱謂用語，在民法以及各法律裡本來就已經存在，而且不少見。「法條中」採取中立用詞，將夫妻改為配偶、父母改為雙親，但並未規範日常用語，不影響民眾稱謂。
