衛福部公告自今年7月1日起，食品中不得使用不完全氫化油，以製造日期為準。台中市食品藥物安全處表示，不完全氫化油是人工反式脂肪的主要來源，會增加罹患心血管疾病的風險，將加強抽查市售食品標示，也呼籲民眾選購包裝食品時，可參考食品標示的「內容物」、營養標示的「反式脂肪」含量，為自身健康把關。中市食安處日前與台中市糕餅商業同業公會共同宣誓，烘焙原料絕對沒有不完全氫化油，包括市府觀旅局長陳盛山、食安處長洪秀
