出租農地種電 農民被課地價稅才後悔
屏東縣府最近發現，多家太陽能光電業者和掮客積極遊說農民出租農地種電，說得天花亂墜，有些農民搞不清楚狀況就投入，發現要被課徵土地增值稅、地價稅後，覺得權益受損才投訴；縣府擔憂農民「不完全了解規定就投資」，恐將重蹈種電亂象覆轍。
若鄰近農地.有出租給種光電公司的、要買賣一般人也會在意、無形中也會影響價格.故貪圖光電租金反而後患無窮。

農委會核定的不利耕地區內土地種電，沒有地目變更和土增稅的問題，但區外土地如果沒有農地農用，會衍生地價稅，移轉時也會有土增稅。雖然不是說「貪圖光電租金」，但建議不要只看租金，以免權益受損。
