根據國泰醫院衛教資訊：「一般早期的胰臟癌是沒有明顯的症狀，如果癌細胞持續的擴大則有可能會有上腹痛、背痛、黃疸、體重減輕和消化不良等症狀如果癌症是發生於胰頭部份，則癌細胞有可能會侵犯到膽管而導致膽汁無法暢流到十二指腸，這時病患會有皮膚發黃、眼角膜變黃、尿液呈現深茶色或是皮膚會有發癢的情形，嚴重者甚至會有發燒或畏寒等症狀。」
