一般車輛針對駕駛開罰：
小型車行駛一般道路違規，駕駛挨罰1500元，逾期未繳不會加倍。
如行駛高、快速公路違規，後座乘客僅1人時，開罰3000元，逾期60天加罰至4500元；後座2人以上開罰4500元，逾期60天加罰至6000元。
