訊息正確，“抖音”與TikTok兩個app雖然都是字節跳動所營運，不過是完全切割的兩個平台，兩個平台間無法聯繫。

會這麼設計是因為符中國大陸對網路審查較為嚴格，字節跳動在抖音上的內容就會較為嚴謹符合規範。而海外版的TikTok就可以發布較為自由的內容。。
