「比起手機螢幕的藍光,日光中紫外線對視網膜的傷害更大,」北市醫陽明院區眼科主任張延瑞解釋,「暗室滑手機傷眼」的概念,可能是因為人類在黑暗中或昏暗燈光下,瞳孔張得較大,能量較紅、黃光強的藍光進入眼睛,恐造成較大傷害,但在暗室中螢幕光線一旦照射眼睛,瞳孔仍會迅速縮小,因此該說法並不成立。
