依據警政署指出（中央社製圖），不停讓行人先行的取締認定原則，首先，若路口無人指揮時，車輛「前懸」（即車頭）已進入行人穿越道且距離行人行進方向1個車道寬（約3公尺）以內，即為取締認定基準。
