譬如說。
闖紅燈，原來1800元漲到3000元起跳。
等紅燈再用機車停車格。現行900元漲到2400元。
紅燈右轉原來是1800元。漲到4500元駕駛後方車門下車者罰款4500元。

依據現行道路交通管理處罰條例 （民國107年6月13日修正實施，並未再修改）及相關裁罰基準:
1.闖紅燈: 機車罰1800元、小型車罰2700元、大型車罰3600元。
2.紅燈右轉: 機車和小型車罰 600元、大型車罰1400元。
