控制細微呼吸,透入胃、胰臟、大小腸、肝臟、腎臟、心臟、肺臓、大腦等,讓氣在內臓內深處均勻分布、一吸一吐、不吸不吐。久之,內臓深處自然産生熱氣,溫養。

隨時心氣合一,以心與氣相守於丹田,五臓六腑、奇恆之腑,自然百病不侵。
