四月份血糖太高住院,5/1參加養油研習回來就開始養油做酵素,環酵,食酵都有做,5/7在崇慧分享一罐食酵回去,因為血糖還是居高不下,心想食酵這麼好!來喝看看!

現在不用吃血糖藥就控制飲食,喝食酵水約500cc+一滴食酵,然後多喝白開水,血糖正常,現在要開始養水,感恩
