關務署高雄關表示，6月28日起施行修正公布「洗錢防制物品出入境申報及通報辦法」，將通關攜帶未申報超額現金從現行「留關暫存」改為「沒入」，也就是說以往未申報超額現金可拿回，新法實行後，將視為洗錢嫌疑沒入充公。
