警方表示，林男所製造的假酒以約翰走路為大宗，全系列各等級都有，從紅牌、黑牌、綠牌、藍排到RX等級都有販賣，每瓶酒成本初估不超過4百元，但售價卻高達2500元，尤其特別的是酒商平常的防偽標籤人像，原本應該是臉與腳都朝右，但追查到的假酒標籤卻是臉與腳都朝左，看到後令人哭笑不得。
