明天（１６日）將有一波明顯冷空氣南下，強度達強烈大陸冷氣團等級，北臺灣一早天氣就轉涼，中午前後氣溫只有１８度左右，且越晚越冷，中南部及花東白天高溫約２３至２６度，到了下半天至傍晚氣溫也會開始下降，入夜後北臺灣低溫約１３、１４度，中南部及花東也只有１６至１８度左右而已，請大家注意保暖；天氣方面，水氣偏多，迎風面的北臺灣一整天又濕又冷，且局部雨勢明顯，尤其是大臺北山區、基隆北海岸以及東北部地區有局部大雨發生的機率，另外，花東地區以及中南部山區也會有一些局部降雨出現。
