2018-01-28 19:00［記者黃捷／台北報導］黃姓男子2016年底在「批踢踢實業坊」發文「原來林鳳營鮮乳是加了許多『化學物質』的化工鮮奶」，味全公司認為商譽受損提告，由於距離2014年油品事件爆發已時隔2年，味全也早已澄清林鳳營鮮乳沒有問題，台北地檢署遂依妨害名譽罪起訴黃男。黃男移審法院後雖認罪，但未與味全和解，台北地院判刑3月，成為第一起因散佈化工奶被判有罪的案件。
