確實有此活動，竹竹苗三縣市環境保護局為鼓勵學童多接觸轄內空氣品質淨化區，體驗自然、舒適之綠帶環境，自102年起持續辦理空氣品質淨化區創意寫生比賽，今（107）年以「溪畔之美」為繪畫主題，包括頭前溪、後龍溪等流域溪畔沿岸之空氣品質淨化區，希望透過學童靈秀之眼、生動的畫筆，自由揮灑創作活力，賦予空品淨化區無限色彩及想像空間，向下扎根環保教育。
