陸軍官校配合政府能源轉型政策，租賃公有不動產予廠商設置太陽能光電設備，由廠商售電予台電，售電金額一定比例繳納國庫。
本案由承陽能源股份有限公司得標，目前該公司依法規向高雄市政府等相關機關申請備案許可，尚未進場施工及設置。
本案契約遵照國防部資訊安全管制規範，不得使用大陸地區產品，材料設備均應檢附出場證明，以為佐證；如有疑義，依法依約辦理。
