標題誤導。冷氣不要頻繁開關，溫度調在26到28度，每調高1度還能省6%用電；另外搭配電扇或循環扇，讓室內空氣流通，就會感到涼爽舒適。另外冷氣的機台和濾網也要定期清潔，這樣才不會影響效果。
