農委會副主委黃金城說，不會發給台灣廠商藥證。廠商要申請輸入此產品，添入飼料使用，必須要向農委會申請此產品的藥證，但是農委會不會發給，因此成分為萊劑的藥物飼料添加物無法輸入，沒有藥證，擅自輸入，會被查扣、銷毀。
