假的。主因在於身體皮膚的因素，再運用科學上的摩擦力，與施打疫苗無關。皮膚吸附物品的能力出自於科學上的摩擦力，被吸附的物品必須有光滑的表面（例如金屬或玻璃等），才能有大量表面積抓住皮膚的摩擦力；COVID-19疫苗都不含磁吸物，在醫療科學上，不會讓身體在接種疫苗後突然產生磁力。
