飯菜不小心煮太多,怕丟掉浪費只能冰起來隔天微波爐加熱再吃?近幾年「隔夜菜會致癌」的議題廣為流傳。毒物科醫師顏宗海指出,除非是與海鮮、起司等含有胺的食物一同食用,才有可能引發致癌風險。食藥署的「食藥闢謠專區」也發文解釋,隔夜菜並不會致癌,沒吃完的食物只要依循一步驟,即可避免滋生細菌、微生物汙染。
