假的。日本人抵達武漢是會帶口罩的，網路上的假圖片是2008年汶川大地震抵達成都的場景。消毒卡內的有效成分（亞氯酸鈉）與空氣作用，持續散發出穩定濃度的二氧化氯，但吸入二氧化氯，可能對呼吸道黏膜產生損傷，也可能造成皮膚過敏。所以在防疫特殊時期要慎買，尤其不能認為戴了它就可以不戴口罩。要起殺菌作用，是無稽之談。
